Suggest Treatment For Brown, Non Itchy Spots On Inner Thigh Indicate?

I am a 34 woman an for the past yr an a half I have had. brown non itching spots appear on my inner thighs an at the bottom of my stomach. The ones on my thighs r fairly large an the one that started at my waist line. They do not itch there s no rough scaly skin, and it seems to be spreading now I am finding small brown spots on my breast. I m not sure what caused this or what they are they just appeared one day an are getting worse no one seems to know what it is.

I really appreciate your concern, fungal infection may be likely and this can be managed with "Miconazole cream" if this fails to respond then condition need to be clinically examined, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
