Suggest Treatment For Bruise On The Back After Suffering A Fall
Hi I fell down three stairs this morning banged arm and fell on left but cheek have a bruise decent size across cheek do I need to have it checked have history of back pain herniated disk just got first cortisone shot no pain to walk just a stinging sensation hurts to sit pain is bearable sat on heated car seats worked all day how can I relieve some of the discomfort

As per your history, it may be due to blunt trauma.
For that, you can take tab. motrin. Apply diclofenac gel with heat pads.
In case of not getting relief, kindly get an x-ray after orthopedic consultation.
