Suggest Treatment For Bruise On The Right Leg

well, for several years now bruising on my right side doesn t go a way, I usually bruise easy, but they fade quickly, I ve noticed on my right leg especially, bruises stay and the nails on my right hand only on the last two fingers are curving down? Am I deficient in something?

For bruise on right leg take antibiotic like moxikind-cv or zipod-cv after expert opinion along with combiflam or ibugesic-plus for bruise and inflammation. Do hot water fomentation over the affected leg two to three time daily.
