Suggest Treatment For Bruised And Discolored Hip

I got tripped while running and fell hard on my right side. I hit my head and I guess what you call my love handle I bruised my hip area and it wasn t that bad for a week. Now it s red and discolored, it feels hard and when I lie on it I feel a sharp pain and I cannot touch it hard.
