General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

A black eye can be a sign of internal injury or facial bone fracture. Consult a general surgeon and plan for a CT scan of the head.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
