Suggest Treatment For Bruised Knee Cap And Sore Hip With History Of Total Knee Replacement
I woke up this am to a bruised knee cap. No trama to it. I had total knee replacement almost 4 years ago. I have had some soreness In hip on same side. And lately if that knee is bent for a long period of time like lying on sofa with knee bent it is hard to straighten. Probably not related. But not sure if I should be concerned about the sudden bruising
thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com....
well if you dont move around much and sit on the same place for most of the day...these kinds of sore can happen....these are called pressure sores...mostly happens in the pressure points like hip and back and might happen to knees and ankles if they are the pressure points...there can be some other causes too...like are you diabetic?...if you are and your diabetes is not under control, sores and ulcers are likely to happen...
i would suggest you to visit a physician to get thoroughly checked and also consult your orthopaedician for the difficult stretching of your knee...
hope that was helpful...
regards
