Suggest Treatment For Bruised Knot On Head With Memory And Vision Problems Post A Fall

I fell 6 days ago in a parking lot and the only thing I remember is the Whack sound when I hit the pavement. I lost memory for a bit, but I was told I was never unconscious. I have a knot on the top of my head which is bruised. I went to my PCP and hat a CT scan done which showed no bleed, this was performed 3 days after the incident. I did have a doozy of a bruise. Now, as time as passed, I m having extreme balance issues, I fall into walls to catch myself and stagger so I m starting to walk a lot more diligently. My legs are very weak and I have a difficult time getting up out of a chair. My vision has seemed to have changed for the worse. I m getting scared but don t want to seem like a hypochondriac in going to the ER. My doctor put me on brain rest but there is only so much resting I can do. I already am sleeping deeply more than normal. I don t even hear my boyfriend get out of bed and talk to me. It s all starting to bother me. I feel as if I m floating around in outer space. And I do have dark bruises on my legs, I assume from the initial fall. Any advice?
