Suggest Treatment For Bruised Knuckles

I played bloody knuckles with my friend today, and know my middle & ring finger knuckle is very bruised, and the middle finger knuckle makes a weird squeak/vibration feel when i touch it or bend it. Also, sometimes when I uncurl my hand, the thing (ligament, tendon?) on my middle finger feels like it is stuck extended, almost like a fully stretched rubberband.There is a little pain, but probably from the bruising.
