Suggest Treatment For Bruises After Injury In A Heart Patient

I have a friend that suffered a injury 2 days ago, she has a lot of bruising and they all have knots and rings around them all different colors, she also has a heart disease and chrones disease, and last 2 days has had blood in stool.What should she do....signed concerned friend

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

She should be reviewed by her doctor especially in the light of the blood in the stool.

If she is having an acute attack of her crohns then she may need treatment to suppress it.

Bruising can cause discoloration of the skin and the changes in colour is due to the stages of breakdown of blood.
If the area are painful, she would need pain medication to help relieve her discomfort.
