Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that due to trauma there have been injury to the soft tissues and there have been rupture of the blood vessels leading to Hematoma formation and accumulation of blood into the soft tissues leading to bruising..
There is also accumulation of damaged tissue fibres, inflammatory fluid and cells and blood leading to swelling..
Nothing to worry, you can apply a Heparin containing Ointment over the bruised area for faster disintegration of the blood leading to faster fading of the bruising..
You can do alternate warm and cold compresses..
You can take anti-inflammatory painkillers Ibuprofen..
Elevate your leg while lying down..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
