Hi, Over the years - 4 in this case the scar goes on natural changes. While going through multiple stages of healing and remodeling it can become sensitive to many things one eats, drinks, in direct contact like synthetic or woolen clothes. Hence identify the factors, foods or beverages that caused such changes. Have clear and focused photos for present and future reference. Take an antihistamine to avoid any reactionary thing that caused such changes. May need additional oral steroids too, this is a prescription based medicine. Do not apply anything locally unless suggested by a Doctor. Take multivitamins, minerals and trace elements along with Lycopene.
