Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
You need a physical check up with orthopedician who shall corelate your radiological finding with the presenting symptoms.it seems from your report that l3/4 area has some additional changes and might attribute to pain in corresponding muscle nerve distribution down the lower limb on affected side.If pain is severe, complete immobilization in traction (lumber) and lumbo-sacral belt may give relief along with some anti-inflammatory medicines like diclofenac thrice a day.if this remedy doesn't help much then maybe some surgical measures may be required-for decompression.
