usg report implies= uterus is anteverted of bulky size measuring 12.46 x 6.44x 6.63 cm with a large heterogenous mass measuring 3.48x 3.03 cm 0n posterior to endometrium in posterior uterine wall. endometrium (0.43 cm ) is semilunar. what should i do ?
