You can consult a General Physician and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly...
In case case if it is a lymph node, boil or an abscess antibiotics and painkillers can help..
In case of lipoma, Sebaceous cyst surgical removal can be advised..
As if now you can take
Tylenol or
Ibuprofen for pain relief and can apply a numbing gel containing Lignocaine over the lump..
