Suggest Treatment For Bump On Cheek Bone Caused Post Injury

I had a fall several weeks ago then this bump appeared on my cheek bone at the bottom sort of close to my nose. I want to know if it will resolve on its own, I stated taking 1600 mg of ibuprofen, I have tried ice, you name it. I just want it to go down it is messing with my appearance Thank you Mary Ellen

Ut may be due to post injury scar.
It is very common at soft tissue injury mainly at face.
Please decrease dose of ibuprofen.
1600 mg per day is high.
You can take 400 mg tablet 3 times a day.
Take milk, icecream or antacid tablet to prevent acidity.
Scar removal cream is available.
Please consult your skin specialist for examination and if necessary minor recorrective procedure will be done.
