Suggest Treatment For Bump On Lower Butocks

I have a large bump on my inner left butt cheek. It hurts a lot when I sit or stand or do anything really. Its really close to my anus and its difficult for me to even clean the area without pain on contact. Can you tell me what to do or what it might be?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
A painful bump on inner side of buttock cheek can be due to infection or trauma.
Is there is any history of trauma or injury of the buttocks?
Trauma can lead to soft tissue injury and thus pain.
Infection is another cause of pain.
There could be a skin infection, a hair follicle infection etc.
A clinical assessment is necessary to know the character of lesion.

Thanks and take care
