Suggest Treatment For Bump With Bruise On The Heel

I fell off a stage 5 weeks ago and hit my right foot on the inside back by the heel. there is bump there that has not gone away. It makes it hard to walk as the pain spreads to the heel. It was feeling better about a week after the fall however in the last week seems to be getting worse. There is a large bruise that has appeared in the last couple of weeks...any ideas?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, there appears to be a fracture of the some of the tarsal bones. When there is rest, the swelling came down, when the bone ends moved there is pain and swelling.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.you may need to have a plaster cast for cure.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms nuerotropic injections for 10 consecutive days and then periodically. supplements of calcium, vitamin D, and pain killers when needed.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
