My gum months later after getting wisdom tooth pulled gum had a big bump which I popped which was a mix with puss and blood. After the tooth was pulled I had always felt like there was pressure on that side but once all the puss and blood came out feels right how it should
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have bump with pustule on gums after wisdom tooth extraction which is due to periapical abscess, when infection travel through the tooth and form beside the gum and reach the root of the tooth. It could be due to trauma or infection which can lead to such symptoms. I would suggest you to take Antibiotics such as Augmentin along with painkillers. Visit periodontist once and get it examined. You should go for scaling and root planning. Maintain oral hygiene by brushing and flossing. Do gargles with warm saline rinses.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
