Hi.
As per your case history of bumps on arms after sun exposure, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Start an antioxidant tablet like tab. Antoxid-hc once daily.
3. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the lesions twice daily.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
