Suggest Treatment For Bumps In Knuckle Of Pointer Finger
So, I ve had thsee two bumps on my second knuckle on my pointer finger. One was an open wound and the other one was a bug white bump, Both next to eachother. I was doing some work in a notebook and it hit one of my bumps(the white one), and pus came out. I don t know how I got it and I want ti know what it was.
As per your query you have bumps in knuckle of pointer finger . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like rheumatoid arthritis causes the bump, it is known as a Bouchard's node , Heberden's node , Gout and ganglion cyst . I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order X-ray , CT scan , blood test and physical examination . Doctor may remove the bump through surgical or nonsurgical treatment , nonsurgical treatment includes a cortisone injection into the bump . Doctor may remove surgically under local anesthesia .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
