Hi,

Lumps or bumps on the vulva, vagina or clitoris could be due to many conditions, varying from your hair removal technique to bacterial or viral infectious conditions like sebaceous cyst or Fordyce spots, Bartholin's cyst or abscess, genital herpes or warts.

I advice you to:
- Antibiotics (tab. Amoxiclav 625mg) or antiviral medications if needed
- Daily Sitz bath
- Use body wash like benzoyl peroxide 5% prior to your hair removal techniques.
- Avoid using tampons as it may worsen your symptoms
- Wear cotton inner wear
- Maintain good hygiene.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician
