Hi,

Based on your description, it appears that you could be having folliculitis.

Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Cleanse the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon thrice daily.
2. After drying, apply a cream containing Fusidic acid over the affected region as a thin layer.
3. Take anti-inflammatory analgesic tablet like Ibuprofen twice daily after food.
4. Wear loose-fitting undergarments.
5. Maintain good personal hygiene.

Gradually, you should be able to overcome the symptoms and be back to normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
