Suggest Treatment For Bunion On The Left Foot

I have a prominent bunion on my left foot. I also have metatarsalgia and because of this I have a hammer toe on my second toe. I have pain on the top outside of my foot and my foot is significantly larger than my right foot. Would having the bunion removed help any of these symptoms? I have had physical therapy and don t feel that it has made a difference. The bunion does not necessarily hurt. But I am on my feet for work all day and by the end of the day my foot is very soar and achy.
