Acute bronchitis or acute acid reflux with aspiration induced asthma may present burning chest pain. It may be due to cardiac pain or muscular pain after over using of chest wall muscle. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.
Elevate the head end of the bed during sleeping. Use bronchodilators for asthmatic attacks. Please consult your physician and get it done X-ray chest and ECG then get treated accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
