Suggest Treatment For Burning Feeling In Toe After Being Accidentally Electrocuted

I got shocked by 480 volts and it made my big toe start to burn. It still burns bad three weeks later and makes my body tingle. On a scale of 1-10 it is about a three. I have gout. Have had no problems with gout for 15 years ..Urich acid level was at 6.4. The company i work for sent me to there docotr and he say the electric shock did not make my turn burn or cause the tingle instead he says it is the gout at 6.4. what do you think.
