Suggest Treatment For Burning Legs With Spondylitis In Back

hi .have spondylitis in my back, am 61 yrs old. am on humiria but it seems not to be working. have been on it 2 yrs. I started getting burning legs and get hot and cold on my legs. how do I stop the leg burning? it is worse when I sit for a while. when I am walking there is no pain. have tried heat, have a home massage kit with the pads I use seems to help. I even use this at night to fall asleep. what else can I do . am seeing a specialist but my appointments are every 6 months.

Hi,

Get MRI scan of lumbosacral spine done and send me the report.

Till then you can take aceclofenac + thiocochicoside combination three times a day, pregabalin at night, by prescription of your family doctor.
