Suggest Treatment For Burning Pain From Corn On Big Toe

I've had a corn on the bottom of my big toe for a month and a half. I used the medicated disks and pads and about 2 weeks ago, I thought the corn came off. I still had a yellow area in the middle of the area where the corn was and pain, almost burning, when I applied pressure. So continued to use medicated pads and disks. I just went to dr. yesterday, who scraped of dead skin. now the area where the corn was is all white, but it still hurts when I apply pressure to it. The pain is like a burning almost. Will the pain ever go away?
