Suggest Treatment For Burning Pain In The Foot

i have a burning pain in my foot - the pain starts in the top of my foot - midway and between the second and third tendons and is severe - has been there all day but i awoke at 1:30 with what i d call take me to the hospital pain. my opposite foot suffered a cut in this same general area about 6 weeks ago and this pain started shortly after that. It did go away for a time but its back. My foot isn t really swollen or hot to touch or red. It feels more like a stress fracture than muscle to me but I m not a Doctor. I ve never had gout and it s not in that joint near your big toe that I think gout usu. effects.

-Serum random blood sugar
-local part x ray

According to cause specific treatment given

If joint or tendon Inflammation is the cause than ibuprofen course can be prescribed

For B12 deficiency cyanocobalamin injections needed
