Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation All Over The Body

I have a burning sensation all over my body, very strong(some times painful) in my ears, back of my neck, side of my face, arms, scalp, but its all over hands feet, legs-I feel cold to the touch in most places; warm in others--it feels like a low flame is over my whole body or like i took a warm bath, opened up all of my pores & hopped in a giant tub of ice/hot or bengay. It started thursday night & today is tuesday. I have no rash or anything else visible. I thought maybe an allergic reaction to something, so i washed all clothes sheets etc in my normal detergent & then again in just a water cycle, I took numerous showers with all of my usually soaps & showers with no soaps just water, I took Diphenhydramine HCI & used everything topical under the sun i could think of to soothe it from hydrocortizone cream to 1st aid burn cream, nothing worked. Finally l I went & seen a primary family physician, she suggested allergic reaction as well (but i do not know what to-The only things new i ate were whole grain rice & a different brand of extra virgin olive oil). The family doctor gave me certirizine & the same hydrocrotizone cream I already tried & I have been on that for 4 days & still doesn't help not even a little. I need a second opinion.
