Hello, I am a nurse practitioner seeking advise on a patient. He is a 37 year old male with c/o burning sensations from head to foot. He feels like he sits in a place where heater is turned on all the time. He has internal burning also and unable to eat food. He lost a lot of weight. He feels that his body feels heavy eventhough he lost weight. He also feels like his body is wet. He has mild abdominal pain. His vitamin B12 and folate levels very high. CT abdomen negative. All other basic labs negative. He wont take any medicine because everything burns. Please advise. Thx. email id YYYY@YYYY .
