Hello,

A burning sensation in penis during urination has many causes including urinary tract infection or taking very less amount of water. Please have urine analysis report.

Frequent urination during nights might be because of diabetes, and go for blood glucose levels. With the above reports, please meet a general physician for further queries and management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
