Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In Bladder And Lower Back Pain

Hi, I am a 48 year old male. I have a burning sensation in my bladder and passing urine a lot more than usual. I have had urine and blood samples taken to see if it was a bladder Infection but the results came back negative. I have also had my prostate checked and that is fine too. I am now getting pain in my lower back. Any idea what I may have?

hi,

as you mentioned that all your tests have turned out negative I will come to a provisional conclusion that it might be a simple back strain.

but for more precision I will advice you to do an MRI of the lumbar spine which will help us more close to the root cause.

in the mean time you should do hot water fermentation for relaxing the spinal muscles and later on do regular mild core stability and spine conditioning exercises. It should help you to reduce the symptoms and get you back to function.

incase the pain persists more than a week it's no harm getting an MRI done which will provide a better insight

usually 90 % of cases of back pain are due to muscle weakness which gets better by exercises.

Regards
