Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I understand your concern, and would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to a nerve damage or compression, caused by surgery.

For this reason, I would first recommend performing a nerve conduction study to examine your nerves.

Regarding treatment, you should know that Typtomer can help with the chronic management of the pain.

Anyway, considering the fact that the pain persists, I would recommend adding pregabaline or gabapentine to your actual therapy.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
