Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are multiple causes that lead to a burning sensation. It could be vitamin B12 deficiency which can be very well treated with multivitamins.

However, if symptoms worsen, then I would suggest you go to a local doctor and do electromyography in order to estimate the nerve damage. He can take Pregabalin drug for pain as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purnima Sharma
