hello sir, i am suffering from severe leg pain and burning sensation in toes...doctor has prescribed me prezed m 75,ential and renerve plus injection....my leg ache has reduced but the burning sensation on foot is very severe and painful...can you please suggest...thanks...

In all probability, you have pressure in the nerve causing these symptoms.
I suggest you get an MRI of the lower back to arrive at a diagnosis.
In the meantime add pain killers and muscle relaxants + physiotherapy to your treatment.
