Suggest Treatment For Calcium Deficiency And Back Pain
hi Doctor, I am Amala, 26 years old (Female, married) had foot sprain from march and after all the required tests, doctor told it was due to calcium deficiency. what should be done to increase calcium?? and I frequently get back pain when I do any physical work like cleaning and washing. Please advise me how to get cured from these pains

It may be due to back pain.
For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.
You may require calcium tablet and vitamin d 3 after orthopedic surgeon consultation.
Continue physical therapy.
