Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can very well understand your health concern..
As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from DENTINAL
HYPERSENSITIVITY leading to hypersensitive tooth even when exposed to air..
It occurs commonly due to exposed dentine and opening of nerves which can occur due to erosion of the enamel layer and it can be due to chlorine as well as it can also be due to vigorous brushing leading to dentine exposure..
You should use a desensitizing toothpaste like Sensoform or thermoseal for relief..
Use a high
fluoride containing toothpaste..
Avoid very hot and
cold foods to prevent sensitivity..
In case if there is no improvemet you need to
consult a dentist and get an
x ray done to evaluate for cracked tooth or gum rescession or deep abrasion in tooth..
Hope this information helps and thanks for writing to Healthcare Magic..
