Suggest Treatment For Canker Sores In Groin Area And Vagina

Hi, I have noticed canker sores outside of my vagina... two of them between the crease of my leg and my vagina lips. There is nothing present on the inside of my vagina. I have had these before when I was a teenager before I was sexually active. I was tested for herpes, but the results came back negative. Is there anything else that this could be? I m still extremely terrified that it could be an S.T.I.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be bacterial infection and this can be managed locally and best drug would be "Povidone Iodine" cream apply this three times in day take a good care of hygiene, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
