Is kelnor and zovia the same exact pill? Zovia was prescribed to me because an estrogen pill makes me sick and gives me cankersores and zovia is more of a progestin pill my obgyn told me. After 3 weeks of kelnor I m getting a mouth full of cankersores so is kelnor and zovia the exact same pill ingredient wise

They contain the same ingredients but the strength of the ingredients vary.
They both contain a mixture of progesterone and estrogen. Zovia can come as 1/35 or 1/50 where the 35 and 50 represent the strength of the ethinyl estradiol. The 1 represents 1mg of ethynodiol diacetate which is the progesterone.
Kelnor has 35 mcg of the ethinyl estradiol and 1mg of ethynodiol diacetate. They both have the same strength of the progesterone but can have different strengths of estrogen depending on which zovia is used.
