Suggest Treatment For Canker Sores On Tongue

hello, I have painful canker like sore on the inside of my vulva... I thought I just got bruised from friction from working out to hard. but usually when that happens it goes away fairly soon. But this time got worst and hurts when i pee and even walk. It first looked like 3 little canker sores, which I actually have one on my tongue right now. Please help!
