My aunt is suffering from COPD, and her early diagnosis was declared Cardiomegally. last week she got serious condition and she took 5 angised. her condition was bad. I suddenly shifted her to the National institute of Cardiovascular disease. there her BP was 140/90 bpm 138. ABG's showed urgently respiratory failure typeII. two more ABG's were done at different timings and she was slowly got improvement. doctors said she is suffering from cardiomegally. Echo showed LVDysfunction. and BBB. what should I do next.
