Hello,
Since you are diagnosed with a history of having CAD, you are suggested to get few tests done to detect the degree of stenosis (narrowing of the
artery due to
cholesterol deposition). It can be treated with medicines, physical exercises, diet control, weight maintenance and medical procedure (or surgery) if required. Cut on addictions if any. Maintain a healthy BMI, exercise and do at least 2 (two) kms of walking every day. Take boiled food or food cooked in olive oil till your reports and vitals are normal.
If diabetic control your blood
glucose level at all cost. Maintain your BP, avoid sedentary lifestyle. Cut on carbs, refined flour, packaged and frozen food, get CBC, Lipid function tests,
stress test ad all routine cardiac tests and imaging tests done. You will be treated (with medicines / surgery) depending on the severity of your symptoms and clinical findings. Neglect may result in the worsening of symptoms & major
stroke that can be life threatening,
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
