Suggest Treatment For Celiacs Disease, Back Pain And Stomach Pain

Hello, I ve been diagnosed with celiacs disease and because of that my blood tests came back that I was also very deficient on vitamin D. So my doctor prescribed me with the 50,000 IU tablets to take once a week. I took one today and I feel super super crappy I was wondering if it s related and if I should be worried.. I have really bad back pain, feel super nauseous and pain in my stomach and just an all around weak feeling. Thanks

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you are allergic or intolerant to the vitamin d taken but the symptoms may resolve over the coming week.

They may not continue until the next dose is required.

If this is the case and the effects are very short term, you may still want to use the other dose but if not, then your doctor may need to give you another formulation.

I hope this helps
