Suggest Treatment For Cellulitis

For the past two months I ve had a couple of infected ingrown hairs that turned into folliculitis and then resulted in cellulitis. I have one ingrown hair that has been pushing and bleeding for the past 3 days and it hurts like hell and burns. I have tried Epsom salt bath, warm rag on it multiple times a day, and now I m soaking in a hot bath and it is still pushing. Why is it doing this and when will it heal!?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the infection and this need to be taken proper care with antibiotic and analgesic and best option would be "Tab Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid" twice in day, more over wound need to be keep clean also if this is the pus formation then it need to be drain out, it is matter of concern, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
