Suggest Treatment For Central Centrifugal Cicatricial Alopecia

Hi, I am concerned that I may have Central Centrifugal cicatricial alopecia. I am African American but I don't wear weaves or braids though I do chemically perm my hair. How can I find a doctor in GA that specializes in such a condition? The internet sites just describe the condition but I don't know if the standard dermatologist is familiar with this diagnoses. However, I am 43 with a thyroid nodule and possibly perimenopausal. Going further I feel the burning sensation on my scalp.
