Noted your history of vertigo that is dizziness and balance problems, have cervical spondilitis as per the X-ray report, ENG done by an ENT Surgeon, stated exercises and still the problems remain. I would advise you the following in such a situation: MRI of the cervical spine to confirm the cause of cervical changes, its implications for vertigo and get the treatment as per the findings on MRI. Medicines for symptomatic relief. Ct scan of brain and mastoids to see for or rule out other causes of vertigo. Opinion of a Neurologist if required for further evaluation and management. Take rest till then. No driving and swimming.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
