Hi, I am Ragul. I am suffering from neck pain approximately 1 year. My MRI report says Mild cervical spondylosis, shown by anterior and posterios osteophytes, endplate changes - Multilevel and desiccation noted Mild bulging annulus at C3-C4 levels causing anterior thecal sac indentation. No signification Bilateral neural foramina narrowing Disc bulge at C4-C5, C5-C6 level causing anterior thecal sac indentation and Bilateral neural foramina narrowing causing exiting nerver impingement. The vertebral bodies, pedicles, laminae, transverse processes show normal morphology and MR signal pattern. The uncovertebral joints appear normal The allignment of vertebrae is normal. The cervical dimension from C2 to C7 as follows C2-C3 1.12 C3-C4 0.97 C4-C5 0.88 C5-C6 0.90 C6-C7 1.00 The cervical spinal cord and the CSF display normal signal intensity in all sequences The cranio vertebral junction is normal. The atlanto-axial joints are normal Bilateral sacralization of L5 vertebra (counting from above). Disc bulge at L4-L5 levels causing anterior thecal sac indentation, descending nerve compression and bilateral neural foramina narrowing causing exiting nerve impingement Is this completely curable? Whether my problem will be rectified completely? Problems I am facing are: Trouble breathing, particularly during breating out Progressive pain when I shout or get tensed Pain during swallowing saliva Weakness in left shoulders, left arms If I lift bag through my left shoulders, pain progresses Consistent head ache on left side of head left neck muscles are so tight, particularly the muscle which joints the head and starting point of neck. Left side is so tight. Pain somewhat relieves if I mildly massage that area During massage tok tok sound is appearing in muscles Unable to sit continuously for 30 minutes Having pin stabbing pain in my back Only if I stand/sit erect I dont feel much pain Consistent sneezing if there is change in climate. Eyes always strain as if I have infection in eyes Unable to wear tight clothes. If I wear back pain progresses
