Suggest Treatment For Cervical Spondylosis

I am taking physeotherapy for cervical spondylosis from last 2 weeks. I have been suffering from pain and burning now it is decreasing .but i am observing numbness in my hand and foot previously i dont have. I dont know the reason behind it though i am undergoing treatment from last 2 3 months i dont know wat is happening whether it is the sign of incresaing or decreasing. Pls help me

I read your question and understood your concern.
Usualy this is not a good sign. It means progression of disease and may be due to nerve compression from either spondyloarthrosis or disc hernia.
You tell that you have done physiotehrapy, but did not specify. Sometimes even inappropriate physiotherapy can worsen the simptoms.By inappropriate physiotherapy procedures I mean , manual manuvers of the neck such as chiropractice or traction or extreme range of motions exercises etc.
If you have done such procedures sometimes they can cause numbens in the hand and foot.
I suggest you do a neck MRI.
