Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist, Senthilkumar's Response
Dear Sir, Kindly go physiotherapy (IFT and ICT), IFT for pain relief and ICT for muscle stretch, Physiotherapist teach initially free neck exercises and after reduction from pain do Neck Strengthening exercises. Neck pain may recurrent, Neck Strengthening exercises are permanent solution for that.
