Suggest Treatment For Cervical Spondylosis

I am Pandeyan, my cervical MRI says that Osteophyte with posterior central and right paracentral disc lesion at C5-C6 level causing narrowing of right neural foramen with compression on the cord and right nerve root. Therefore, they say that it is the case of cervical spondylosis. My doctor has prescribed some NSAIDs and antianxiety drugs and some physiotherapy. Now I will be glad if anybody suggest anything on this. In fact, I am a teacher I find it very difficult to teach students effectively. Its really affecting my carrier . My age is 37 years, Male

For nerve pain due to cervical spondylosis, Pregabalin capsules are the best. In addition, physiotherapy and isometric neck exercises also help.
